    > Today, we’re proud to announce that Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to PC on November 5th, with special bonuses available to players who pre-purchase through the Rockstar Games Launcher starting October 9th. We also want to say thank you to the millions of people who have already downloaded the Rockstar Games Launcher and received their free copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

    > Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC will also be available to pre-order at the Epic Games store, Greenman Gaming, the Humble Store, GameStop and additional digital retailers starting October 23rd with a pre-order bonus of 25 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online. Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC will also be available to purchase on Steam this December.

  2. Ight. We have rdr2 pc. Now I need a nice vr headset, and a vr mod for it. Then I can live in my digital 1899 and never leave it

  3. I’m sure my opinion means shit, but I’m just getting older and do not care. Maybe it’s an age thing, but I remember not too long ago on being extremely hyped for GTAV. Now look at what it’s turned in to. I was anticipating those single player add-ons, nope just a cash grab give us your money on top of the $60 (or $120) you already gave us unless you really like to grind with four idiots who will most likely mess up your missions and heists. This will be Horse Armor 2.0 and the sad thing is people will lap up paying for in game cash.

  4. Only going to buy this for its singleplayer, might be a nice experience playing the game at 60fps instead of 20. hopefully this year has allowed them to optimize the game to the best of their ability.

  5. This sub constantly complains about triple A games, pre-orders, console exclusivity, microtransactions, and the EGS. But everyone is downloading Rockstar’s launcher faster than they can whip out their wallets to pre-order RDR2 and its microtransactions.

  6. So many entitled people on this sub. Imagine being upset because you had to wait a year or so for a game to come to your chosen platform. I enjoyed the game on my PS4 and I’ll enjoy it even more on my PC next month. According to some people on here I’m everything wrong with the world because I buy a game twice because I enjoy it so much. What a strange world we live in.

  7. I wish they released RDR 1 on PC,but I guess the release of the second installment means we’ll never get the first one on PC.

  8. I need to see the specs first. If my PC definitely can’t run it at a good enough mix between performance and quality then the wait is on for an upgrade.

  9. It’s gonna run like shit

The multiplayer is going to be a disgusting grind

I’ll wait for the initial release, then buy the fixed version for 12 euros on sale later on.

  10. The hate for this makes no sense to me. The game is coming out on Rockstar Launcher first with pre-order exclusives (which for some reason is not mentioned enough, like free gold for online and money for story), then coming out on Steam after. Obviously it’s going to come out on other platforms around the same time as the Rockstar Launcher release.

Online is grindy but not as grindy as GTAOnline. Making cash and gold is a lot easier than the first few weeks I’ve played RDO – I’ve spent $300 or something on a metal detector and made back that cash from ranking up and doing bounties. If people don’t want to buy it, then fair enough, they shouldn’t force that choice on others.

I’ve already had it on PS4 and I would be more than happy to rebuy it because I’d rather give up 4K gaming to play on a 1080p screen with friends, and better communication. I’m even giving up the pre-order exclusives opportunity just so I can get it on Steam, because of the convenience. Plus, this game is coming out on PC much earlier than I would’ve expected – I thought this would come out mid 2020, so this is a delightful surprise but obviously many people want something to complain about.

  11. Why does every game have a timer before releasing on steam this year. Who the fuck would manage 5 different launchers when you could just pirate.

  12. why is it on epic store? If you already have to use rockstars shitty launcher platform shit, why would you want to add one more into the mix. Glad that rdr 2 is coming to pc, guess I have to hurry up and beat the games I’m currently playing lol

  13. Fuckers. I bought an Xbone for this because RDR1 never came to PC so I thought there was a chance this one wouldn’t either.

  14. I don’t understand why people are planning on pirating the game. I can get behind not wanting to support R* and their double dipping strategy, but if you ain’t gonna buy the game, just don’t play it.
