  1. Oh my god it’s in Hayward ! I’ve been there a couple of times and can confirm it’s a blast, great memories made there.

  2. I love High Scores. So amazing to go on and play for an hour for $6.

    I was in there playing discs of Tron and feeling like I was 11 again.

  3. I loved this place! Sadly I had to move away but Alameda has such a small town island/beach vibe for being so close to Oakland and SF. I love the street that’s on as well.

  5. I loved that keyboard when I was a kid, and I still have it in my basement along with my 486. Incredibly loud but also very satisfying to type on at the same time.

  6. This was my all time favortie keyboard. Had one from 1986 to 2005 when they switched from PS/2 adapters to USB and it wouldn’t work anymore with the old AT adapters…

  7. Semi unrelated but why was Oregon Trail so popular in schools anyway? I don’t recall it being particularly educational. Was it just a matter of being one of the few games around that the PCs at the time could run?
